Maze Hydnophora

Hydnophora rigida forms branching or encrusting colonies covered in distinctive conical bumps (hydnophores). Like H. exesa it is an aggressive coral that will irritate and damage neighboring corals on contact. It is a fast grower compared to many other SPS and does not require quite as pristine conditions as Acropora.
