The Bluehead is the iconic Caribbean cleaner wrasse, and the terminal male phase with that iridescent teal-blue head is one of the most recognizable fish patterns in saltwater. In a reef context, be aware that it will eat ornamental shrimp and small worms without hesitation, so plan your cleanup crew accordingly. It is a natural parasite picker in the wild and will often perform this service on tankmates in captivity, which is genuinely useful. Hardy, adaptable, and easy to feed, this is one of the better intermediate wrasse choices for Caribbean-themed FOWLR systems.
