Impastas Zoanthid
Zoanthus sp
SoftBeginner
Care Summary
Zoanthids are hardy, beginner-friendly soft corals that grow new polyps around the edge of the colony and can spread quickly across rockwork. They do best with stable water, low to moderate light, and moderate indirect flow that keeps detritus off the polyps without forcing them closed. A rock island of its own makes it easy to enjoy as a zoa garden and keep it off neighboring corals. Light: Low to medium (about 75–250 PAR). Flow: Moderate, indirect. Placement: Rockwork, lower to middle of the tank to start. Space: About 1–2 inches from neighbors.
