ORA Bellina

ORA Bellina is a tier-three Acropora strain from ORA with a soft but vivid palette. Its signature colours are a purple-pink body with bright tips, giving the colony a lighter, more pastel character than deep purple strains while still holding clear contrast at the growing ends. The bright tips are the feature to watch for in a healthy, well-lit colony, marking where new growth is most active.

Care

This advanced coral needs a mature SPS system with high light and high, strong random flow. Keep alkalinity stable as the first priority, with calcium and magnesium maintained steadily and nutrient levels consistent. Standard Acropora discipline applies: test regularly, dose consistently and change lighting or parameters gradually. Stable conditions are what allow the purple-pink body colour to develop rather than wash out, and a settled routine protects tissue health over the long term.

Placement and growth

Mount it in a top position in bright light and strong, varied flow, with space around it for a moderate-growing branching colony. Growth is moderate once established, so it should build form steadily if left undisturbed in a suitable spot. It is peaceful, so placement planning is about preventing shade and crowding rather than managing aggression. Give it a permanent mount high in the aquascape and room for its bright tips to catch the light.
