Echinophyllia Chalice

Echinophyllia tarae is a chalice coral with echinulate (spiny) surface texture and variable coloration that can include pink, green, and orange pigments. It grows as encrusting plates in low-light areas of the reef. High-end morphs are among the most sought-after and expensive corals in the hobby.
