Sea Lettuce (Ulva lactuca) is a fast-growing macroalgae excellent for nutrient export. It tolerates a wide range of salinity and temperature, making it forgiving for beginners. Best kept in a refugium or a dedicated macroalgae section with moderate flow. Harvest frequently to prevent oxygen depletion if it dies back. Under high nutrients it can become invasive, so keep up with regular pruning.
