Fisher's Angelfish is a small Hawaiian Centropyge with attractive orange, black, and white patterning that remains relatively uncommon and commands a premium when available. House it in 55+ gallons with established live rock; it grazes on algae and detritus throughout the day and needs a mature tank with genuine microfauna to supplement prepared foods. Feed mysis, enriched brine, and algae-based foods twice daily; the caution reef rating reflects its pygmy angel tendency to nip corals when underfed, not a strong predatory drive. It is hardier than many Hawaiian endemics but still benefits from careful acclimation and stable water chemistry; avoid adding it to new or unstable systems.
